Introduction
MCP Gateway lets you register an MCP server once; MCP clients (Cursor, Claude, Codex and others) reach it through one UnifyApps URL. Every tool call is checked against your policies, recorded for monitoring, and raises an incident on a policy hit. Admins choose which tools clients can see.
Where to find it
AI Governance > AI Assets > MCP Gateway, alongside Agent Registry and Model Registry.
Servers list
Columns: MCP server, Description, Tools, Sensitivity, Status (Active/Inactive), Source auth type and Owner. The row action is Delete, which needs delete permission. An empty list shows “No MCP servers yet”.
Newly synced tools start switched OFF. Admins must expose a tool before any client can see it; calling a hidden tool fails with “Tool not exposed”.
