Use the Keka connector to manage HR, payroll, and attendance.
Integrating your application with Keka lets you use these operations in an automation. It exposes 158 actions and 11 triggers, listed below. Add the connector from the Connections area, authenticate, then select its operations in the automation builder. Capabilities: actions, triggers.
Authentication
Before you begin, make sure you have the following information:
Connection Name: Choose a meaningful name for your connection. This name helps you identify the connection within your application or integration settings.
Authentication Type: Keka supports Client credentials authentication.
Obtaining Your API Access Key
Log in to Keka as a Global Admin or IT Admin.
Click the gear icon next to your organization name to open Global Settings.
Go to Integrations and Automation, then select API Access.
Click Create New Key.
Enter a name for the key, and set an expiry date and permission scope for it.
Click Save.
Copy the generated Client ID, Client Secret, and API Key and store them securely — they are shown only once.
