Authentication:

Integrating your application with Bettermode enables intelligent automation, enhanced contextual processing, and dynamic workflow optimization across your systems. Before you begin, ensure you have the following information:

Connection Name : Choose a meaningful name for your connection. This name helps you identify the connection within your application or integration settings. It could be something descriptive like "MyAppBettermodeIntegration".

OAuth Based Authentication:

1. Bettermode Community Admin Access: To create an app, you must be an administrator of at least one Bettermode community.

1. If you already have a community with admin access, proceed to the next step.

2. If you do not have admin access, you must create a Bettermode community. You can contact sales to create a community here: contact-sales

2. Create a Bettermode App:

1. Navigate to the Bettermode Developers Portal: Bettermode Developers Portal.

2. Log in using your email address (the same email address that has admin access to your community).

3. Click on 'Create a new app.'

4. Follow the instructions to create your application.

5. After the application is created, you can go to the 'Credentials' tab and paste them here.
