Use the Brivo connector to manage access control and building security.
Integrating your application with Brivo lets you use these operations in an automation. It exposes 7 actions, listed below. Add the connector from the Connections area, authenticate, then select its operations in the automation builder. Capabilities: actions.
Authentication
Before you begin, make sure you have the following information:
Connection Name: Choose a meaningful name for your connection. This name helps you identify the connection within your application or integration settings.
Authentication Type: Brivo supports the following authentication methods:
OAuth
OAuth with client configuration
Obtaining Your OAuth Client Credentials
Log in to your Brivo account and switch to Onair Classic from the left-hand menu.
Re-enter your administrator credentials if prompted.
Go to Setup, then Account, then Account Settings.
Click on the Application Management tab.
Enter an Application Name and Description, choose an Authentication Type, enter a Redirect URL, then click Create Application.
Click the Application Details icon next to your new application to open the Application Details popup.
Copy the Client ID and Client Secret and store them securely for further authentication purposes.
