Authentication
Before you begin, ensure you have the following:
Connection Name: Select a descriptive name for your connection, like "MyAppCannyIntegration". This helps in easily identifying the connection within your application or integration settings.Authentication Type: Canny supports API tokens for authentication.
API Key Based Authentication
Sign up or log in to your Canny.io account by visiting the Canny.io dashboard.
Navigate to the API settings section in your account settings.
Access it by clicking on your profile icon and selecting '
API' from the dropdown menu.Copy the generated API Key and securely store it, as it allows access to your Canny.io account.
