Freshsales - UnifyApps

Freshsales is a Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software that helps sales teams manage leads, track emails, and visualize their sales pipeline. It includes AI-powered insights, automation tools, and an integrated calling system. The platform enables businesses to streamline their sales processes and close more deals efficiently.

Authentication

Before you begin, make sure you have the following information:

Connection Name: Choose a meaningful name for your connection. This name helps you identify the connection within your application or integration settings. It could be something descriptive like ‘Freshsales Connection’.
Authentication Type: Freshbooks API uses API Token for authentication.

API Token

Log in to your Freshsales account and click on the ‘profile icon’ at the top right corner.
Navigate to ‘Personal Settings’ from the dropdown menu
In the ‘Personal Settings’ page, navigate to the ‘API’ tab
API Token will be created, copy and store securely for further use.
