Insights is the analytics area of the Enterprise Search admin. It monitors knowledge sources, sync health, and search activity across Enterprise Search, giving you read-only dashboards to track adoption and answer quality — separate from the live Observability tabs that trace individual sessions.
Overview
Insights groups two kinds of dashboard: Usage, which shows how much and how Enterprise Search is being used, and Feedback, which shows what users think of the answers it gives. A third area, Spending, breaks down AI cost by user and by model. None of these pages have settings to change — they're all read-only views for keeping an eye on the system.
