What It Shows

Analysis goes beyond the positive/negative ratio in Summary to show where negative feedback is concentrated — for example, topics that draw negative feedback, or gaps in indexed knowledge that leave Enterprise Search unable to answer well.

Acting on It

Use what Analysis surfaces to decide what to change: tighten an instruction, add a missing source, or adjust a control, then watch Summary to confirm the fix moved the trend in the right direction.
