You can rename a solution, tag it, or delete it from either the solutions list or the Solution builder. To change what a solution does, talk to the Solution agent instead.
Overview
A solution's name and tags are its own details and you can edit them directly. To change the solution's plan or the assets it builds, send a request to the Solution agent in the builder's chat — see Chatting with the Solution Agent. Deleting a solution removes the solution but leaves everything it built in your project.
Editing a Solution's Details
From the solutions list:
Open the row's menu and choose Edit Details.
In Edit Solution Details, change the Name (required) and pick Tags. You can create a new tag by typing it into the tag picker.
Click Update.
Tags you set here appear in the list's Tags column, which is handy for grouping related solutions. You need Edit permission on the solution.
Renaming From the Builder
In the Solution builder, click the solution's name at the top of the chat panel and choose Rename. Enter the new name in Rename solution and save. If the rename doesn't go through you'll see "Couldn't rename the solution".
Until a solution has a name, the builder shows it as Untitled solution.
Deleting a Solution
You can delete a solution from either place. Both need Delete permission and can't be undone.
From | How |
|---|---|
Solutions list | Open the row's menu, choose Delete, then confirm in Delete Solution?. |
Solution builder | Click the solution's name in the chat panel, choose Delete solution, then confirm. You're returned to the solutions list afterwards. |
What Deleting Keeps
Before you confirm, the builder reminds you that the objects, workflows and apps the solution already built stay in the project, and that deleting can't be undone.
So after deleting a solution:
The solution no longer appears in AI Solutions, and you can no longer open its plan or chats.
The objects, workflows and app it built remain in your project as ordinary assets. A published app stays published.
You can no longer change those assets through the Solution agent, because the solution that linked them is gone. Manage them from their own areas of the platform instead.
