The org-wide operational controls for your platform: execution environments, shared configuration, business calendars, backups, monitoring, and platform branding.
Most of these screens are under Settings: Business Hours and Business Holidays (Business Settings), Backup Manager (Data Management) and Feature Flags. Tags (Platform Tools › Changeset › Tags), Alerts Manager and Theme Builder are in the Platform Tools group of the left navigation, and Environment Variables is under Enterprise Resources.
